I’m surprised to hear all these rave reviews! My husband and I tried Jamil’s about a year ago after it was the last coupon in a book we purchased. Even with the coupon, we were so disappointed with the quality of steak and sides. I felt it was overpriced and the atmosphere stale. Our service was ok, not very friendly or fun, but not rude or negligent.

First time there today. What a great place for lunch. Excellent Value, taste, size, service. Why have I never been here? Highly suggest lunch, dinner is probably as good.

Well, the food was good last week……but I had a $50.00 gift certificate which they would not accept because it was 15 days outdated. Now they have the money paid for the gift certificate plus my money for the meal. Therefore, won’t go back since that is the way they protray customer service

Jamil’s was one of the first restaurants we went to when we first moved here 30 years ago. The steaks are good, but I never cared for the appetizers.

Drew, you are the master! Would love to compare pie charts sometime. Jamil’s is awesome. When my parents had “made it” in their business we started a tradition of going to Jamil’s on Friday nights to replace Ken’s Pizza nights from the near poverty days. That should say it all…

I wouldn’t let a photo from a the past ruin a dining experience of the present. Also, I’m pretty sure racist people aren’t able to cook a good steak. I have a pie chart that proves that.
Jamil’s is incredible and everyone should check it out for themselves.

Jamil’s in Oklahoma City showcases a picture of a person who has painted his face black. This cartoonish personification of African Americans is insensitive and disgusting. This behavior embodies racism at its core and should be combatted. A picture speaks a thousand words and this picture speaks volumes about this eatery. Please do not eat at Jamil’s.

Jamil’s is the place to go for lunch. Ribeye is a steal at $15 and definitely not a “luncheon” cut like Cattlemens and other steak houses insult you with at lunch. Smoked Bologna sandwich is nice too.
