My family and I had bunch on a quiet Sunday before all the church traffic. The staff was very friendly and the prices are on the $ to $$ end of the greasy spoon scale. Cheaper than the standby brunch spots, but more than the average diner.

If you get pancakes with the kids breakfast they give you a single Mickey Mouse pancake, which my little guy enjoyed. I had the chorizo and eggs and I thought it was very good. Right on par if not better than Jimmy's Egg.

My wife had the french toast and felt like it was spot on for french toast. The bread wasn't too big, the batter was just right and (most importantly) there wasn't too much powdered sugar.

As the reviewer mentions the fresh fruit listed on the menu while not all that unique of a mix, the quality was top notch and the OJ I had was also excellent. Also worth mentioning is the option of egg white's for your eggs on most dishes.

Bottom Line: All in all a nice little place that isn't pretentious and is WAY better than IHOP, Denny's.

I'm not old enough to be your mother, but I eat here with friends a couple days per week. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable...not as cheap as some cafes, but worth the little extra you spend.

The food is really good, although I do prefer their lunch menu items over their breakfast. One of my friends always orders the Santa Fe Skillet, so he obviously disagrees with me. I've never been disappointed with anything I've ordered at Neighbor's, but I do have a couple of favorites: The Santa Fe Salad and their BLT. The daily specials are always good, too.

Sundays after church are impossible. Get here before or you're doomed for a long wait. Same with Saturday breakfast. Weekday lunch is perfect, but the parking lot will be a little crowded so you may have a little bit away from the front door.

This is a regular place for us Bethany workers. Their daily special is always affordable and great for the down home cooking palate. I especially love the rotisserie chicken (usually on Thursdays) For $5.50 you get 1/2 chicken, mashed potatoes, veggie, roll and soup or salad! My husband and I are usually the youngest customers in there but there is wisdom in age...

I have been here a few times with my wife and her mother and it's a good place to go. They have friendly people and good food, and it's not usually as crowded as IHop.

We have eaten here once for a Sunday lunch. You better get here before noon or the line goes out the door. We thought it was pretty good, for what it was. I bet the breakfast is good.

When a person is as old me, they deserve fried potatoes and lots of sugar. Sincerely, Sarah's mom.
