Heyyyy Sam,
Do you like this place better than the KO Mart? I've been here a few times, and it seems like for 5.99, it's not such a terrible value. The food isn't the best Korean I've had, like the mondu (sp?) is okay, the eggrolls and pork ball things are okay, but for 5.99, which Rose State college kid is gonna argue that?! I get the jap chae here, which is pretty good, just overzealously greasy. =) The bulgogi is not pretty either. Just a plate of thin slices of greasy meat.
Now I'm in the mood for Korean food.

I usually just grab drive through on the way back to the shop when I'm out of OKC but still in the metro. This review definitely has me thinking of lingering a bit longer after a morning appointment tomorrow.

Just went there again the other day and me and my friends all had the spicy beef soup, it was very good. It had clear noodles with shredded roast and egg with a spicy flavorful broth, perfect for a rainy day, and as always the mondu's where awsome.

I eat at this place at least once a week- the owner is very gracious and the food can't be beat. It is a steal of a deal. The side dishes are my favorite part of the meal.

ballerinatoes: if you like hot and spicy, try the pan fried seafood dish (o-jing-oh bokkeum) or if you really want something good, walk around the building to the OK-Ko mart and get their jjam-ppong aka mixed seafood soup...HIGHLY recommended!

Sam, you are going to have to take me here and maybe I'll try the octopus / squid thing. It does creep me out but I'll do it for you. :)

Katie: Yeah, it's 12am and I still haven't eaten dinner either!

Bizzle: I get kinda frustrated when people come into an asian restaurant and only try the same thing. There are so many other delicious dishes to try if people would just give it a shot. Hopefully you don't get too stressed out.

I've only been to Korea house, but this sounds like a winner. Keep up the descriptions on the ordering process; it keeps my anxiety levels down on trying new places, lol.
