OKC’s asian district featured in the New York Times

by | July 5, 2007 | 1 Comment

The New York Times’ Frugal Traveler published an article yesterday all about our very own Oklahoma City. Check out “Good Morning, Vietnam … er, Oklahoma,” a very postive nod to Oklahoma City’s asian district. The author reviews several Vietnamese restaurants in the district and gives each of them a very favorable spin. Also mentioned are the Hospitality Inn on 39th Expressway, Will Rogers Park, and the Oklahoma City National Memorial.

It’s nice to see our little town getting some promising exposure on a national level. It’s also nice to have a few more recommendations of Vietnamese places to try.
