Birrieria Diaz is not a standard Okla-Mex or Tex-Mex restaurant. They serve Mexican food including taqueria-style offerings such as tacos, tortas and burritos, along with home made tamales and their house specialty — Birria — which is a slow-cooked meat served in a smooth, spicy broth. They also offer breakfast items.
