All of these migrants blended their food traditions with those of the indigenous Peruvian tribe, The Incas. Inca Trail Peruvian restaurant brings this blended cuisine to Oklahoma City. We take great pride in offering our delicious homemade dishes, made from the recipes of our mothers and grandmothers.
